Public Liability Insurance.

Food hygiene.
Staff at Cheltenham Bouncy Castles do hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate, an industry must when preparing and serving fun foods including sweetie cones, popcorn and candy floss.
DBS.
A DBS is no longer a legal requirement for “inflatable hirers and/or children’s entertainers” to hold, as the role doesn’t fall into the eligibility criteria of “regularly caring for, training, supervising and being solely in charge of persons under 18 and/or vulnerable adults”
As stipulated in the: -
- Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 (exceptions) order 1975.
- The police Act 1997 (Criminal Records)
HOWEVER ~ Staff at Cheltenham Bouncy Castles and All About Fun Uk.com - the Gloucestershire Party & Event Hire Company DO HAVE basic DBS clearance through disclosure Scotland.
