All About Fun UK, the party and event hire company, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable senior team member to join our dynamic family run business.
This role involves directly working with clients, delivering and collecting fun equipment for a variety of events including birthday parties, weddings and company fundays. Adaptability to each environment and good communication skills are key.
The role is based in Cheltenham, with work spanning in local county, Gloucestershire, and beyond.
Roles include;
- Loading, delivering, set up, and collection of equipment
- Liaising with clients, including completion of safety briefings and collection of payment
- Working with other team members for event set up
- Maintenance of both the equipment and storage areas
Requirements for the role;
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting of equipment
- Aged 25 and above with a clean full driving license
- Available to work alternating weekend shift patterns: Saturday and Sunday one weekend, and one day the next.
In peak season June-August, there would be additional full days available mid-week, as well as extended weekend hours, if you desired. Additionally, some mid-week hours may be available year round for van loading and event preparation.
Full training will be provided for this role.

Heavy lifting and moving of equipment is involved as well as staffing equipment at events so a bubbly personality is also a bonus.
